Join us for a fun BBQ Class featuring Tri Tips prepared 3 different ways utilizing a drum smoker and Hasselback potatoes on a pellet grill. 

Expert instruction will be provided by Jerry Richardson, owner of Smoke Ring BBQ Supply, and Dan Wright of Take It Easy BBQ, a multi-time BBQ competition winner.
