Shipping policy

 

Orders received Tuesday through Sunday at 2:00pm CST will be packaged and shipped on or before the next business day.  Smoke Ring BBQ Supply is closed Monday and Tuesday, so orders received after 2:00pm Sundays MAY NOT be shipped until Wednesday.

Smoke Ring BBQ Supply is pleased to offer worldwide shipping. However, customers should be aware of potential local restrictions and customs regulations that may apply. Those outside the United States are advised to review relevant national and local import guidelines before placing an order.

Shipping rates are determined based on geographic regions. Ground shipping provides an estimated delivery date, typically within one to five days from the initial order, excluding weekends. All orders are dispatched as "driver release," meaning packages will be delivered to the recipient address without requiring a signature, allowing them to be left at any exterior door.

It is important for customers to ensure the accuracy and completeness of shipping addresses, as Smoke Ring BBQ Supply will not be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete details. Please double-check addresses to avoid any issues.

Unforeseen circumstances, including inclement weather, may lead to shipping delays. Smoke Ring BBQ Supply is not liable for delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.

For gift shipments, customers are urged to verify the recipient's address and confirm their availability for delivery.

Please note that orders requested to be delivered to P.O. boxes may have longer delivery times due to carrier restrictions.
