Ready to step up your backyard BBQ game? This class is all about getting more out of your cook and turning one cut into multiple crowd-pleasing meals!
In this session, you’ll learn how to take a pork butt, slice off pork steaks, and cook both the steaks and the remaining pork butt to create two incredible meals from one cut. We’ll round it out with a side dish and dessert to complete the spread.
