One of the best parts of the Pit Barrel^® Cooker is the incredible volume. Take advantage of every inch of that capacity by hanging and grilling at the same time. One side is closed like a traditional grilling grate, great for grilling burgers, seafood. and steaks. The other side is open, allowing you to hang your favorite cuts of meat(s)such as ribs, pork butt, or vegetable.

Using one side for grilling and the other side hanging gives you the best of both worlds.  

The 18.5" Pit Barrel Cooker grate measures 17.5. The Hinged Grill Grates are made of heavy-duty chrome-plated durable steel.
