Unlike regular cheese, it won’t melt out or create gaps inside your sausage...so you get rich, flavorful pockets of cheese in every bite.

For best results:
Add 8–10% of your total meat weight in cheese.

High-Temp Mozzarella
Creamy, mild, and super versatile, this mozzarella delivers a smooth flavor and great texture that works with any sausage blend. Perfect when you want richness without overpowering your seasoning.

High-Temp Cheddar
Bold, classic cheddar flavor with zero heat. This option shines in almost any sausage, but really stands out in blends with a little sweetness or a touch of spice. It adds richness without overwhelming your seasoning profile.

High-Temp Hot Pepper Cheese
A mellow, gentle heat, not spicy or overpowering. On its own, it won’t noticeably increase the heat level of your sausage. It pairs beautifully with low- to medium-heat blends as a complement, and also works great in hotter sausages to help balance and soften the spice.
