Just mix with 5lbs of meat and stuff in casings to create Chuds BBQ Texas style sausages. With milk powder for the binder you will create plump and juicy sausages.

(Note: Not for cold smoking, unless you add .25% pink curing salt to the weight of the meat and let the mixture rest for 24 hours. .)
