BLUE HIVE - Jalapeno Infused Honey

If you're looking for just a little heat, the jalapeno infused honey is the way to go. This honey has more sweet than heat, but don't be fooled, a bit of heat hits you in the end. Blue Hive Honey's jalapeno honey is delicious as a glaze on salmon, chicken and wings. Glaze ribs, then smoke them slowly, and you won't be disappointed. One of our favorite ways to eat the jalapeno honey is poured over cream cheese (or any soft cheese), and spread on crackers. Try drizzling it over pizza, biscuits, or simply dip pretzels in it.
